The best kept secret in Red Lodge! We will absolutely stay there when we need a hotel room in Red Lodge again! Clean room, friendly people, a great place!

We are returning to our "Red Lodge Home" for our third straight year, having stayed here several times since 1978.
Love the Chicago hopsitality as of late! <grin>
See you soon.

You can't do better than the Alpine Lodge for hospitality and warmth. We just made our reservations for the 5th year in a row and, unless Larry and Trish decide to turn it into Montana's only Snake Grooming Emporium and Piercing/Tattoo Parlor, we'll stay there every year until we are too old to ride to Red Lodge.

We've enjoyed staying at the Alpine for many years, and had the good fortune to meet the new proprietors last summer [August 2007].
The Alpine is our Red Lodge home, since 1978. We come by as often as we can.
If you have the chance, take the time to drive 14 miles north to Roberts for some very good food at The Lost Village Saloon. The chef - yes, chef - Ken Palmer make s a MEAN liver & onions, but his specials are truly special. I never thought I'd have such good food out there, but then, it is Jim Howard's place. 'nuf said.
So thanks Alpine, thanks Ken and thanks Jimmy Howard!

Larry & Trish,
Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful hospitality shown to all of us from Cut-n-Shoot Texas! Just wanted you all to know -- we had a 4000 mile/10 day trip and Red Lodge was the HIGH point of our entire trip! (besides Yellowstone, the mountains, and the beautiful country)....and by the way... Nancy is still looking for a BEAR! and another thing...how's that wine??? Keep the light on for us...cause we WILL be back!
Your Friends from Cut-n-Shoot,
Brent & Brenda
