The motel is not fancy but has all the needed comforts and was very clean and well kept.

  After coming over the Beartooth Pass, (a bit of a white-knuckle drive), the town of Red Lodge was a welcome sight. And the Alpine Lodge made it even more welcoming.... read more We booked a cabin (the original tiny-house) our first night. Spotless, cozy, great bedding, no issues whatsoever. A pair of juvenile bears got into the motel's recycling bin overnight, causing a ruckus, but we slept so soundly, we didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was excellent and we decided to stay another night, so they moved us into the motel rooms, which were even nicer. This was the perfect stopping place after a few days at Yellowstone. Montana hospitality at its finest! More

We absolutely love the outdoor breakfast area where you can relax, enjoy the fresh air and visit with other guests, while enjoying a tasty breakfast, made to order, which comes at no additional cost. The rooms are always clean, the linens are nice and the locally made soap that is provided is a nice touch!. We recommend this place to all our friends.
